Bid to halt sale of Greenwich's Olympic equestrian centre thrown out - The Greenwich Wire Plans to sell the Greenwich Equestrian Centre were given the green light by a panel of councillors on Wednesday after a challenge to the decision failed.

This decision makes a total mockery of Greenwich Labour's much-vaunted "Community Engagement Pledge". A 43-page word salad - produced with considerable taxpayer £££ - which we can all now surely see, means absolutely nothing.
