I discuss case studies a lot as a form of research design and as a method in itself, and Ingo's book helps me do so quite nicely.

Frag sie in Meinungsforschungsumfragen oder in den Kommentarspalten und sie werden grob und dumm erscheinen. Setz dich aber mit ihnen hin, sprich offen und hör zu, und die meisten haben gute Herzen und machen sich ihre Gedanken.
