the more i think about it the more unappealing it is to maintain this attachment to all this technology that inherently prevents me from living in the moment. i don't need high-res everything. i don't want to live my life through a computer

Like we can all agree sendouQ is really cool but its so dead for anyone not midlevel and above. Can we do like sendouQ sunday on the 15th this month and just flood the queue with low levels for a singleday?

I'm absolutely happy for everyone else who's excited for it, and it ultimately depends on how it actually looks ingame imo

I think it overall helps Splatoon's visibilty as an esport either way

I personally can't get over how visually out-of-place they are

Like in my opinion all the actual benefits are overshadowed by the fact that it just doesn't really fit splatoon's ui style, and it wasn't super necessary with its lightning TTK
