I'd tend to agree, like any tool it has to be used right, putting frame generation in just so you don't have to optimise is definitely not it I'd say. It is however the only thing that let's me play certain games on this dinosaur of a PC. So, I have to make do with it. ^^

For now, given it lets me play things that'd normally cause this fossil of a PC to burst into flames. Though I hope it gets better, it needs to be done right though, otherwise its pointless.

Some AI has its uses, like frame generation in games, maybe LLM's when they actually get them to work properly but the generative art stealy stuff and the totally-won't-be-used-for-propaganda-and-smear-campaign video creator ones can fuck all the way off.

Have to say, been enjoying the Arkham Batman games again lately, still can't figure out why people disliked Origins so much though.

I continue to dislike this timeline with increasing intensity.
