You can now share your custom workouts as standard FIT files. Here’s how it works:

Go to your workouts page

Slide left on a workout to see the share/delete options

Choose “share” and send the FIT file however you’d like

Things to worry about: bringing down the boat, tying in, grabbing your oars.
Things you don’t need to worry about: tracking your data — CrewNerd’s got it covered. ✅
