The track up Carn Liath is a kind ascent, taking the best part of 7km from Inverey to rise just 390m. Well....it's kind when you don't have a headwind in a wind-tunnel, which is what it was today 😆 But it did mean that I had the wind at my back for the 5km walk along it's undulating, airy summit.

The image shows a sparse larch forest on a mountain slope (1900m). The sky is blue and the sun is behind the trees, casting their shadows on the ground.

Kyiv doctors saved a 5-month-old baby girl after the night attack on July 31.
