So, I put Cumin or Comino in my chili. I also rarely use beans at all, and when I do, I use pinto beans, not kidney beans. Only place kidney beans belong is in the trash can, and chili powder alone does not chili make as the cumin really brings out the meat flavor and gives it the chili flavor.
