Strained my shoulder/neck muscles on Monday when helping friends move, like the 3rd worst pain I've experienced (didn't hit till hours later). But got some strong painkillers and today I'm enjoying being in significantly less pain and a little bit high 😅

Trying to shift my lingering low mood (always worse as we head into shorter days) into positive action. Very hard with the fatigue, but sometimes able to power through it - the new migraine medication is working a lot better, so I have less time stuck in head-pain-space

However I've just been exhausted since then, and tomorrow we're over to the mother-in-law for a few days to do some care, which is also draining. Going to try and push through and get this done before the 26th as a semi birthday present for my wife since it's a job she's been dreading

I had a very productive Monday, clearing junk out of the "LARP cupboard" - bags of crap and old boxes due to go to the tip, or bags of things we'd set aside for charity shops and never got round to taking down. It still needs more sort as there's kit in there that is definite tat or moldy

Trying to not get my hopes up too much in case life decides to throw me a "haha" and suddenly make it cause me to have another stroke or something. But so far it's looking good!

I've been on a new medication for my migraines for nearly two weeks, it's one actually developed for migraines rather than one for another condition that they also try for migraines. And it's working so well and I'm experiencing no noticeable side effects!
