Much gratified for the latest polls blaming Trump and Republicans (rightly) for the shutdown. Maybe there is hope, at long last, that people see thru their lies and hypocrisy.

My cat and I play “quilt worm” where my hand is UNDER the cover. (She plays to win.)

“Supposed to” is doing a lot of work here. The amount IS supplemental, if one has been to a grocery store lately. Many people work hard for small wages and have to pay for gas, housing and utilities, etc., so our helping with their food budget is “promoting the general welfare.”

THIS is the answer to the question “How oblivious could one person be?”

Reporters should always push back against Republicans who keep saying they will talk “after” the Democrats cave and then renege.

HOW can Republicans ignore this? They would not be safe from nuclear fallout either so it seems they should put a stop to such talk immediately.

So Ms Bondi is claiming (and they say found the guy) death threats. At this point, I’m inclined to be suspicious of such claims, because of so much of the diversionary tactics employed by these people.

I’m not interested in anything this man has to say and consider it a betrayal of MSNBC principles that he even has a show there. We could have some really great morning politics if they would just hire the right people.

I almost groaned aloud when I saw he was heading overseas again. Another occasion for us to be completely humiliated on the world stage by this guy. Ugh.

NBC Evening News reported last evening that “inflation is down” some percentage, per government report. I mean, why bother watching news programs anymore?
