Honestly I loved it a lot. I had such a good time with this game! It's not perfect, and like most telltale-esque games the choices don't mean quite as much as you'd think, but honestly that's fine. It tells a really good story with really fun characters.

Fun little Halloween movie! Very campy and silly but I had a fun time with it for sure.

46. Chainsaw Man: The Reze Arc

Yeah it's peak !!!!! Easily the best anime movie I've seen. Fujimoto's vision works so well in movie format (see Look Back also) and the style is unmatched. Best arc, best visuals, best everything. It just bangs unapologetically.

Had never seen it! It was certainly fun at some parts. And then it sure went a direction!

Not the movie I thought I was about to watch! It was pretty fun at some points, a bit uncomfortable at other points. Overall it's not exactly about to be a Halloween tradition for me, but it was fun enough to be worth watching once

43. A Haunting In Venice

Fun movie! Haven't watched a good murder mystery in a while, but this was a really fun one. Had a cool supernatural coat of paint, and the pieces all fell together really well.

Rian and everyone else constantly told me how great this show is yet I never actually watched it. Finally we sat down and did after all these years, and it was really good! Not that I ever doubted it, but still. Really awesome little show, love the vibes a lot.

40. Deltarune Chapter 2

Definitely a huge improvement on ch. 1, which wasn't even bad to begin with. The game really starts to come into its own with this entry, it's just so much fun and has such great characters and mechanics. Definitely just does its own thing, and does it really well.

Revisited this with Rian. Really good game, but I think it stays a little too comfy in Undertale's shadow. Uses a lot of samey themes and tropes, but otherwise does a great job of introducing us to new characters in this new world
DR really comes into its own more after this

38. Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Fun little Halloween flick! It's not a super amazing evocative thought provoking film, but it's a good time.
Christopher Walken sure does go "HRAH!!!"

37 Smarty Pants Season 2

It's more smarty pants! I dont think it reached the same highs as season 1, but it's still a great show regardless. Really good time!

36. Hades 2

This game sucked me the fuck in. Like goddamn I put 38 hours in in 11 days. It is a true blue sequel, just Hades 1 but WAY more and way better. The designs are all so good, the added mechanics are fun, the bosses are great, the story rocked, and TWO different run paths?? God its so sick

I am THOROUGHLY enjoying the reread! Way more than I expected, honestly. I skimmed a lot when I read it as a kid, so actually a lot of the plot details are sort of coming from a nearly first time perspective. Honestly for how complex it is, it's written really well!

34. Discworld: Mort

This was a GREAT read. Definitely my favorite of the Discworld books so far. The story felt so good, the characters were all enjoyable, the jokes all landed, and it was by and large the most unique out of the 4 yet, leaning fully into the metaphysics of the Discworld itself.

33. Algospeak

Genuinely such a fascinating read! It's such an interesting topic and Adam does such a great job and not just diving deep into it, but making it so mesmerizing. I loved every second of this book, and only wish it was longer!

32. OFF (Remake)

I hadnt played the og since 2014 or so, so this was a very welcome revisit. I appreciate it a lot more now than I did when I was 16. I love how the remake left so much of it untouched, and mostly just spruced up the UI. I was hesitant on the new soundtrack, but it really grew on me

I'm not even going to fucking cap right now. This was insane. It was peak. One of the best YouTube videos I've watched in some time. I thought it would be like when people told me to watch Parkour Civilization (total dogshit) but this was crazy

30. Death Stranding 2: On The Beach

This is one of my favorite games I have played in a long time, there's so much to say about it, more than a tweets worth.
Death Stranding Summer is officially over, but holy fuck this game was so special.

29. Superman (2025)

This is easily the best cape flick I've seen in some time. Blows all of recent marvel out the water. The trailers made me think it looked overambitious but it REALLY pulled it off.
Unironically had an amazing time. Also I am OBSESSED with the reddit or ass Lex Luthor lmao

28. Hearthstone Battlegrounds

I have put enough hours in that this can go here. It's just the best autobattler bar none. Better than TFT, better than SAP, better than The Bazaar. At least for me anyways.
Love it a lot, duos is super fun too. Very solid, very satisfying, and very varied!

27. Game Changer Season 7

What can I say? It's peak as always. Game Changer is always a literal game changer when it comes to quality in shows. This season had such incredible, huge ideas, executed flawlessly. My only complaint is that it ended too soon.
Amazing season, can't wait for the next one!

26. Tank Chair (Caught Up)

I really loved this! The style is so good, and the story keeps going in crazy but great directions. Great characters, amazing designs and art style, engaging plot. It's a far shot from typical shonen, but it does have some familiar beats.
I'll be keeping up with it!

25. Gastronauts

It's dropout, of course it's good. But I really enjoyed this!! Not only was every episode very entertaining, but also I think every episode had SUCH great cast selection. Like they really picked members who vibe and gel so well together, so each episode had such good energy
