HP flight night. had to use stronger versions of the 18 and 21 because this 16 weighs in at 48%! Neck pour but so far I like it. Compared to the 18 not as much sherry influence and a lot more citrus, less toffee, more golden syrup. #whisky

I had one recently aged over 10 years, I think berbs and sherry mix, non peated and it was heavy oak. Too much

I find them hit and miss, regardless of age. Maybe peated is better

Penderyn is 128, but Wolfburn I think is correct. As the Wlesh distillery is 10 year old cask, maybe it is Dà Mhìle. Aber Falls only opened in 2017.
