In Jan '24, ICA ruled on 'overriding authority' regarding Race Directors & the Safety Car; the regs MUST BE FULLY APPLIED (ICA-2023-03).
This contradicts the interpretation used by #AD2021 Stewards to dismiss the post race protest.

Abu Dhabi 2021 was the FIA deciding that their own rules could be ignored. It was FIA cheating
