Yeah looking at his stats from this year that would be a poor choice. Regular reps didn't seem to make him a consistent hitter. His defense at 1B was about the only good thing, which won't play with a 90 OPS+

How would we feel if the Twins use him at DH against righties and 1B against lefties? Clemens at 1B I imagine grades out at least average defensively. More RH bats needed overall though.

His legacy is shorter lived than IKF's Twins legacy.

It seemed clear they weren't going to give Eeles a shot. They needed RH bats early in the season and didn't call up McCusker when he was red hot. Either you have to be a top prospect nationally, or the FO will disregard you.

To add to the pain, Ronny Henriquez who the Twins just gave up on, is striking out the world with the marlins in their pen.

Only a single player is moving up, while everyone else that appeared on this one is sliding back.

If the fire sale continues this off-season, it may be the point I'm just out. This year has been dreadful to be a fan.
