planning is so annoying bc you have nothing to show for it until you execute the plan..... so it doesn't feel like im actually working on the thing im planning. but like i am. bc planning is so important and helps with the execution...

and then the click and drag functionality for using the items to interact with stuff in the scene in typical point and click fashion. like dragging a key to a door to unlock it etc.

just want work to be over so i can come home and work on game dev stuff... the next things I want to implement are clicking on items in the inventory bringing up an "inspect" screen where you see the full render of that item. and maybe tooltips that say the items names when you hover...

they probably have a lost and found or something! I would call as soon as theyre open again and ask. I left my water bottle at the skate rink one time and they held onto it!
