I've had an Impossible burger when I was with my family at Cheesecake Factory, and I think there can be a way to make it a little more tender/juicy with a bit more flavor. I might sit on this as an idea for February, making a juicy meatless patty with lots of flavor

I understand this 100%, cheese was so hard to give up, but it took about two and a half weeks where I no longer really missed it.

Oh, please take your time, there is no rush and it's whenever you can!

This is a good idea! I should try some kind of "meatball" with the shrooms and stuff, that's such a good idea

Ohhhhh that looks so good. Do you have a recipe you can share? ๐Ÿคค

There's a place in my town that does a really good "chicken" shawarma with the soy curls. It's delicious! The sloppy joe idea sounds like a really good one, I hadn't thought about that

It was so killer, I had all my friends who eat meat try it!!!!

True! I've been eating more whole foods since the switchover, which is great, but I also need some junk food here and there (spicy chili Doritos) ๐Ÿ˜…

Aw thank you, I am trying!

Oh that's awesome to hear that it's a little less difficult. I've noticed in the U.S., there is more of a push for like, carnivore diets or like, drinking more whole or raw milk, and this feels like my own way to rebel against those things

04.02.2026 19:28 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Oh that's a good idea for the curls, I keep doing the timing with rehydrating them and all that which can be a bit time consuming

Oh I don't doubt it for planning far ahead, even going to restaurants with my family and friends has been challenging. My birthday was in January, and my family didn't know what to get me for a birthday cake so we skipped that this year, lol.

We can simply do the very best we can in whatever circumstances we are given! โœจ I understand convenience, cooking takes quite some time.

I've made sure to use nutritional yeast in my meals to also supplement my B12 needs, I think it has a lot generally

Oh my gosh, my friend is letting me borrow her Vegan Richa cookbook right now, I just got it last week. I saw so many chickpea recipes, I'm excited to try a couple!!!

Oh, I've been seeing a lot about the tofu presses, I may look into it for the crispy. I love when it's crispy. I saw someone on Reddit shred their tofu before putting in on a sandwich, and that looks like a good idea, too. Fun things to try for February!

They've been excellent, I think your kebabs will be great!!! (And honestly a good idea, I want to try them with some peppers and mushrooms?)

I don't know a lot about vitamins and supplements, but if this is something I can learn about from everyone, please direct me to the right sources!

I have this one at my house. I was in single digits for vitamin D, and the doctor said to get something that doesn't have a lot of fillers? But if you have suggestions for me, I want to take care of my bone and mental health in an ethical way.

Aw thanks you guys for the support! It's all a learning process for me, and I'm really enjoying it! And I've had a lot of good friends to help me with new ideas ๐Ÿ˜„

Hey, that's great! It's whatever works for you! ๐Ÿ™‚ I still eat sugar here and there but try to get it from "natural" sources, like blueberries. But I still love some dark chocolate here and there...

How to Cook Soy Curls Soy Curls are one of my favorite Vegan Protein! They are cheap and easy to make, and super versatile to boot!

My friend, also vegan, sent me this website on different ways of flavoring the curls, too, that I've used for when I'm cooking them! theeburgerdude.com/how-to-cook-...

So far, I'll season then based on whatever meal I've made. I received a chik'n seasoning from Butler that I've used, and for the tacos, I also added cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Or when I've added them to the pasta, I've seasoned them with rosemary, thyme, garlic & onion powder.

I already commented on Instagram, but thank you again for using your platform to help reach out in all areas of social media to promote and help the families who are being forcibly separated by ICE. It's heartbreaking and horrific.
