I have this one at my house. I was in single digits for vitamin D, and the doctor said to get something that doesn't have a lot of fillers? But if you have suggestions for me, I want to take care of my bone and mental health in an ethical way.

I received a chik'n seasoning from Butler that I've used, and for the tacos, I also added cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Or when I've added them to the pasta, I've seasoned them with rosemary, thyme, garlic & onion powder.
