Infected is playing on a Nintendo 3DS, not really paying much attention to Lampert besides acknowledging her by saying,"Sooo... Done squatting at my crib, freak? ROFL" Lampert is obviously distressed by who she believes to be Kasper acting so nonchalantly towards her, whilst she's still grappling with the fact that their friendship appeared to be over.

He is speaking to Lampert, and says,"Sooo... Elevators, huh?" Lampert, who now wears a striped IKEA uniform and plain pants and a scarf, rubs at her arm nervously and says,"Um... Right." Internally, though, Lampert is having a lot of emotions, as her inner-thoughts read,"Oh my god. I love her." With a doodle of a mini Lampert aggressively biting a plank of wood in half to show how much cuteness aggression she feels towards Infected.
