In recent years, Tetris Effect has been one of my favourite games ever (not even just a favourite *puzzle* game") so recently I tried the demo of Lumines Arise (from the same devs)

I've never played a Lumines game before, so it took a bit of getting used to, but DAMN it's satisfying and psychedelic

Living with a competitive Mario Kart fan is so fun because dude got a Switch 2 for Mario Kart World, basically 100%'d it, then switched back to Mario Kart 8 because World "sucks ass"

My most Old Man opinion is that TV Tropes is worse for kids than cigarettes and it led directly to A.I. and the slow bleed out of the publishing industry that is micro-genres.
