in the grand scheme of things its all a mirage. i only really thrive in places where i can write well. i suck at youtube, my videos flop half the time. i hate tiktok and dont wanna touch it. instagram is incoherent.

im only relatively known cuz i cram every thought into twitter/bsky like a blog

yet my expectations are higher than some of my friends cuz of the number below my handle. i cant say certain things. i have to be partisan. i cant "Act out" i cant do This or That i have to be Mature and Normal or else its "not a good look :/ "

but sometimes thats not even enough

and its like. i cant really put any of this on a resume. employers dont care if you have a big twitter following and most of em dont even know what a bluesky is. ive got nothing to show for any of this except just connections that i have no idea what to do with.

its like im a broke celebrity

im thankful for the people who go to bat and support me all day every day, but it comes with a lot of caveats. people hate me without even getting to know me first. i will never be able to hide from the public. people who ive followed for years block me out of nowhere. it just sucks

being a "big name" sucks sometimes.
