I made the three taco stuff with the diced herb potatoes and topped with ripe tomatoes, avocado and a sprinkle of pepper and salt. Tasty treat 😋

Good use of ripe green plantain... so I made this hybrid Puerto Rican breakfast. #GreenPlantain #Plantain

Basically, I stir fried on pan the ripe plantain with a dash of olive oil until each side as a golden brown. I also made a diced red potatoes cooked in olive oil with freshly cut basil.

Sally (black and white miniature cat) in carry at the Companion Animal Hospital in Austin, TX. Dr. Alfredo Geigel Ortiz is the only person I trust with her.

Sally is dehydrated and currently receiving treatment. I hated to leave her there but it's for the best. She needs help.

I'm sad. I'm worried. There too much happening in the world, at home, and now this, our little Sally is sick and staying at Vet Hospital.

My sincere condolences.

Maybe it's happening here too. Temps vary from upper 70-80daytime (50-60nighttime) one week and the next down 50-60 daytimes(30-40nighttime).

Gardeners, Questions? Where are the bumble bees? I managed to capture this guy but I have NOT seen more pollinators... Very concerned. I check daily to see if there are pollinators... and it's a low count. What are you experiencing?

Public education is for everyone. Invest in it instead of gradually dismantling it and calming that it doesn't. Voucher plan DOES NOT work ... look at other states that has implemented it. Don't do the same mistake.

A well funded public school does work and works quite well.

Meet Mama -my gardening guardian and helper. She's a stray that have bonded with me and every time I'm gardening she's there a few steps nearby. Every so often she bring me gifts. Here`s a moment captured while was building out a new raised bed. I ♥️ her.

Not sure what tree is this but it's a beautiful pattern of green little leaf following along the branch

A female troll, Malin is a gentle soul who holds a giant metal bowl to remind humans to put water out for the birds and other wildlife during the hot summer days.
