The folks interviewed are very knowledgeable. The most interesting piece to me for how quickly we've moved in one direction in the culture wars - parent being interviewed "I just want my daughter to be taught the same curriculum as my older children from the 2019 standards."

This is true in science too. There are white Americans doing science, advancing the frontier of union knowledge. But there are many, many, immigrants.

Hard work is the core of science. People work 80 hrs a week; pour all of themselves into it. And it takes a diverse workforce to get the work done.

Indies need our support to thrive & build community spaces for all...mega-retailers do not.
