As an ADHDer, I am easily addicted to crafts. Crochet has been my go to for years, and I can whip up an amigurumi in an hour or two. But lately, I have been self soothing with diamond painting. Placing the little shiny dots and squares is so satisfying! 😍

Today, I heard someone say, “Going forward our focus will be finding our joy and finding our community.” It really resonated with me. There’s such a battle outside, friends. I’m not saying give up or slow down. I’m saying safe harbor is found in community and love.
