Periods aren’t shameful. Talking about them shouldn’t be either. This World Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re standing with everyone who menstruates — because dignity, access, and respect should never be up for debate.

Patients deserve to have abortions on their own terms.

Medication abortion is the most common method of abortion in the United States and can be safely administered at home.

It is the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)'s policy that they must help a young person get an abortion if they ask for one. This is true even if they have to go to another state. They can stop you from getting on your plane or leaving the airport. But they cannot make you answer questions about your immigration statusy or why you are traveling. If you're taking a greyhound bus you do not need ID. Greyhound says it does not allow ICE on its buses or bus stations. Hospitals cannot turn you away because of your immigration status. They cannot share your information unless you say it's ok or if there is a warrant by a judge.
