The Wild Raven

It’s imbolc time and the universe introduced me to a brand new vegetable - the Jicama. Native to Mexico, this sweet turnip was brought to India as part of the Colombian exchange. It tastes like a mix of a water chestnut & potato and is called Shankalu 🇲🇽🇮🇳
