One of my favorite characters is the Helena Wayne version of Huntress, and I've been attempting to collect all her appearances. Last week while on vacation, I hit the local comic stores on a bad weather day and found the final 28 Wonder Woman v1 issues I was missing, so I grabbed them all.

I'm really missing my late wife Courtney tonight. Halloween was always a favorite day for us. This is us from about 15 years ago at the beach.

In fairness Chris, my state elected Tommy Tuberville, so intelligence is apparently no longer required to be a US Senator. Having a Nazi tattoo is still abhorrent enough on its own to be disqualifying though.

The surgery was successful and the doctor was able to remove all of the tumor. Ellie is going to stay with the vet for a few days to recover from the surgery before I can bring her home.

We discussed our options with the vet today. We decided to have surgery to remove the infected tumor. It may not help much, and it's possible that she may not be strong enough to survive it, but it's better than doing nothing. Please wish her a successful surgery.

Ellie came out of the laundry room tonight and is currently getting some lap time. Makes me think she might be feeling a little better maybe.

There's been no real change today, except she's spent the day in one of her litterboxes which can't be good. We have an appointment first thing when our vet opens in the morning, and we'll see what the vet thinks and go from there. I'm hoping for the best and trying to prepare for the worst.

I'm calling it a night at 1:30 local time. Ellie is hanging in there and maybe seems to feel slightly better? She ate her good girl treats before I came to bed at least and seemed excited for them.

Ellie, a 15 year old female cat white mostly brown fur with black stripes and a massive patch of white fur on her two front paws, her belly, chest, and neck going up to her nose. She is sitting on a comic short box.

My sweet little girl Ellie isn't doing well tonight. She has cancer, and I'm afraid we're approaching her final days. My late wife and I adopted her and her litter mate a little over 15 years ago, and she was my wife's favorite lap kitty. I hope she's not suffering, but she's struggling.

I needed that laugh!

Wednesday Comics got me buying comics again after a 5 year absence or so. It sounded like such a fun project, and my late wife and I enjoyed reading it together the second I got home from the comic store.

I would love to see a new version.
