These guys are not hurt by Kirk’s death. They are desperate to use the tragedy to promote extreme actions. That’s why they are elevating Kirk’s status. Many more people don’t even know who he is.

While people are making statements like this, right-wing media is already targeting the left without knowing anything about the shooter.

Before knowing all the facts, voices on the right are now exploiting the tragic death of Charlie Kirk & calling for all-out war on the left. This is sad, but not surprising, at a time when we should all be denouncing political violence. They were not so upset when Minn. Democrats were assassinated.

I agree. I think that people are saying things out of helplessness. I know that’s a terrible motivator, but it gives us a sense of how anxious people are. I would rather correct than shame.

Seriously, The Sandwich Guy has done more to fight the administration than any Bluesky account shaming people wanting to do more.

I get that no one should be doing this. I also feel like time is running out and we need to apply ourselves to something bigger than what we’re doing. Trump is not going to stop.

I think people angry at all that’s happening with the Trump administration need to get off Bluesky and work on doing something. Seeing people post about their anger feels useless. It changes nothing and we’re running out of time.

When the administration went after trans people, it was a matter of time. If you don’t fight for everyone’s rights, you can’t guarantee anyone’s rights.
