Speaking of combat anims, did you notice? Jacket Beat in the chapter 1 fight is a different set with specific facial animations and moves to showcase her reaction to that initial rush of Silence.

There are quite a few different combat sets, I hope you'll enjoy looking at the details!

I'll make a video on the subject later but: game audio isn't as simple as "make an asset list and it'll all be smoothly implemented", especially with a project of this size. Things needed to get r&d'd on the spot and just due to the nature of that, some gaps naturally were left open.

don't you dare think that just because the game is out means that I'm not gonna continue polishing and finishing sound work for all the cutscenes in the game. also more hitsounds, also more polish, also volume, updated mixes, masters, etc.
