I got caught completely flat footed during a therapy session today for the first time in years. To the point where the client asked to reschedule for when I was more prepared.

it was humbling, embarrassing and an important reminder that I can't sit on my laurels. I can and should do better.

We’re required to refused to obey illegal orders. The military is trained on that, starting in basic.

It’s also unfair to National Guard and active Marines to even put them in that circumstance against fellow citizens if not a true emergency.
