And, yes. The new cast of Hadestown got the assignmentβand then some. Jack Wolfe *is* Orpheus, inhabiting the role unlike anyone else Iβve seen. And Rebecca Naomi Jones transforms Persephone. With some different choices, she tells a significantly different story than Amber Grayβalso excellentβdid.

You're not wrong, lol π Tbf, many of the themes explored aren't singular to Boymomsβ’οΈ. And the oedipal vibes were barely noticeable in the recent UK production. (N2N is everything to me, possibly due to the unprocessed trauma of growing up as the daughter of a Boymom, can't wait for the ProShot! β¨)
