Easy Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup This Easy Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup is a super quick and simple copycat recipe with rich, creamy flavor you can't resist!

Throw in a roasted garlic clove or 1 tablespoon of powdered garlic. Then let simmer for 10-20 minutes so everything gets to know each other. Serve with more Parmesan, black and red pepper and of course salt to taste

Basically potatoes boiled in chicken stock and while that’s boiling cook up onions, then Italian sausage, once the potatoes are fork tender add 1-1 1/2 cup of Kale and cook till it starts to wilt, add 1-2 cups of whole cream (don’t substitute) the onions and sausage. Add 2- infinity cups of Parmesan
