I wonder if the coercive approach used by so many in positions of power means that people in positions of power are more likely to abuse, or if they are more likely to be successful, or simply more likely to be found out. 🧵

I’m ashamed to admit I wanted to read more to find out that Neil Gaiman wasn’t that bad. I wanted it to be a one off or a misunderstanding. I wanted to be able to continue to admire him. I’m sorry for that as I ALWAYS believe the victim. Always. 🧵

I’m deeply ashamed to admit I wanted to find out more to understand if it was “that bad”. I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on that. I’m not proud but I suppose I’m human. I’m devastated and wondering how many good men there actually are. Not many!!
