After two half-years of weak growth, residential construction prices rose by 1.3% between October 2024 and April 2025. While the surge seen in 2021-2022 seems to be behind us, price trends are thus gradually returning to their long-term average pace (1.0%) seen between 2010 and 2019. 💰 This recovery concerns all trades; over one year, prices in residential construction have risen by 1.5%.
