If we're talking genitalia, what they gave me through surgery wasn't very convincing which led me down a rabbit hole called intersex and what my last living relative that knew finally told me about my surgery(-ies). I'm sure THEY'RE not the least bit interested in the facts.

My god given birth sex was hermaphrodite but I doubt they'd give that back to me because it doesn't fit their tiny little concept of human diversity.
