I just built an Nx executor that wraps the OpenAI Codex CLI but asks questions of the dev and pulls in additional context (like from Linear Projects, Docs and Issues) to know what the task is! So far the feedback has been good!

Maybe it is just not the right tool to provide a nice natural language tool for our non-technical team to query our stripe data.

It keeps giving me back answers like: "Oh you can't do that in the API, so here go do all these technical steps to do it!"

Also gets confused easily by us being the platform account and all our customers using Connect.

Been trying out the new OpenAI Remote MCP in Responses API and the Stripe MCP and I got to say, not very impressed. Simple queries you would think would be available just don't work, maybe I am misunderstanding the whole thing but I would assume I could ask for the top connect account by processing.

Anyone else trying out OpenAI Codex (cloud)?

More often than not is fails to install our dependencies with @bun.sh and then the task just fails.

I suspect this is a Codex issue not Bun though, seems like install (or the container) just hangs with "[PackageManager] waiting for 3344 tasks" repeating
