I have never gotten a good look at one, much less a photo! Now that I think about it, I do believe I only had a single visual, and my other encounter was simply hearing the vocalization. You did GREAT.

I like the way it looks. The lighting and soft focus give the owl a spooky, seasonal appearance. I would say "WELL DONE!"

She died immediately, unfortunately. She was the most important person in my life, so it is another difficult loss. Life goes on, however.

How do you like the "Metrobolist" version of the album? I thought it was fascinating, but I didn't see it as an improvement over the original. I probably need to play it a few more times. I enjoy having both versions of a superb release.

Large female spider hanging on its web with blurred flowers in the background. Spider has whitish head, black and yellow abdomen, and red and black legs.

Small male spider on his web looks like a skinny, drab, shrunken version of his female counterpart. Colors are pale reddish brown, off-white, and black.

I discovered two female Black-and-Yellow Garden Spiders in a flower bed where none had been all summer. Then I found the first male Black-and-Yellow Garden Spider I'd ever seen. He is much smaller than the females, with a body length of just over 1/4" compared to around an inch for the females.
