Well I mean on a scientific level I would think it would be using something to get to the mud. Not just using the mud because that would be like I said, similar to elephants rolling in the mud using the mud as a tool to keep themselves from getting sunburned. But I see your point

That's a great question. I don't think that would be considered tool use, though, since tortoises toss mud around to cover themselves, their eggs, and so do elephants and other animals that are susceptible to sunlight and damage from that. A tool would be a spoon to pick up the mud.

The worst and stupidest mistake the 49ers ever did was to not fund their own stadium and keep in in SF. The stadium is a garbage hole, the worst, looks like it still has not bin finished, terrible parking seating, Santa Clara, you built this crap for the 49ers, live with no one caring about you.
