There's good news and bad news about the long-term rate of CO2 growth.

The good news is that CO2 is definitely not rising at an all-time record rate. That record curently belongs to February, 2019.

The bad news is that CO2 is still rising at nearly a record rate.

1) US initially refused to confirm Patel as was here.
2) The Police Minister wouldn’t confirm the new FBI base in Wellington, despite Patel announcing it.
3) Patel said the base would combat CCP power. NZ quite about that.
