Spectrum cable internet is run via a coaxial cable from the pole to your home. The line contains the fiber optic comm lines for telephone, tv and internet that is normal run to a small server box. At least that how my cable/internet is run.

You'll be ok, remember you own all the inside walls in your condo. A cable company knows that and will never run a line for one customer through another person's condo or apartment.

The only run a line inside a single family home for a cable in a upstairs bedroom.

In two story condos/apartments the line is always run up the outside wall.

That is incorrect, they do not need run the cable through your apartment. They will run a separate cable off the pole into that apartment usually up the oitside wall. Do NOT let them into your apartment.
