Couple of branching thoughts before I move on.
As long as we continue to view management and leadership as about control and status laddering, rather delivering results and elevating those around us, we will continue to incentivise unsuitable and sometimes downright broken people to cling to power.
They have seats in the mosh pit???

Wellington And Christchurch - there are still tickets left for shows this week - it’s a fab night out!
I don’t know what’s going on here in Tamaki Makaurau…fog disrupting flights at the airport all morning while it’s beautiful and clear at our place 20km away…but soooo muggy and now radio weather is threatening afternoon thunderstorms. Have we been transported to Singapore?!?!?

Can anyone recommend a trusted sleepover-in-our-home pet sitter in west Auckland? Our amazing sitter has moved away and I’ve had no luck finding a regular replacement. I’ve tried Pawshake and they’re great but would prefer consistency. 🐈⬛🐈⬛🇳🇿
