Our former Governor Paul LePage is the Republican running for that seat. Even as an incumbent, Golden is going to have an extremely tough challenge, as LePage is still beloved by the right-wing Maine voters. Dunlap, if he somehow won a primary, would have no shot against LePage.

Trump, Miller, Vought, Vance, they have power but not a one of them are scary nor the least bit intimidating.
