One of those moments where I've always had the answer and was too blind to see it.

Well, Happy New Year!

If anyone wants to chat or reconnect, you know where to find me! For now, I'm just going to keep drawing for myself for a while and enjoy this breath of fresh air.

I can't really place it, but the moment that I stopped feeling like it was my everything was the moment that I felt like I could be a person again. I don't feel like I have to be in a rat race, I don't feel suffocated by the weight of everything around me.

I just get to draw.

I've had such an unhealthy relationship with art for so long. I finally decided to let so much go and my perspective has shifted. For the first time since I can remember, I'm enjoying drawing again.

To anyone else that might be going through something similar, just try letting go. It helped a lot.

Yep! I have a whole bunch muted. I can send them when I get home!

Have you tried muting keywords? I found that it cut most of the AI from my feed entirely. Thankfully like 80% of my Pinterest is photography these days so it helps.
