It's that time of year again when you have no option but to walk through a wall of flies/bugs going around the canal.

Being an F1 weekend & with me working and wanting to avoid all information about it, why is it that someone comes into the pub where I what time have a few drinks after working ask for the F1 qualifying to be put onto the tv.

I went for a 7.5 mile run today, and what part of my body is sore? That's right, my shoulders

This has been the quietest Monday all round in a long time. What is special about today where nobody is out.

Yet again, another fucking idiot that doesn't know how to drive. Just because you can't see any cars, you still have to stop at a junction.

Do drivers know that you're supposed to stop at junctions & not just keep the speed up while turning left, especially when it's onto a fast road? All your showing is how much of an impatient wanker you are.

There is nothing worse than slow walkers. How can young people go so slow?

I'm trying to decide what to wear to the football today. It's supposed to be dry & mild, so I don't want to put on my big jacket, hat, scarf & gloves, but it is right down at the water so it's freezing there.

Coming to the end of my 1st week of the year running, not sure if I'll go tomorrow, but so far it's just under 15.5 miles or nearly 25km which isn't bad if I say so myself.

The Marvels was fun, better than Quantumania.

Guardians 3 was extremely good, so many emotional trips throughout.

Quamtumania, 🤷‍♂️ at least it's short, could have been shorter.

I'm finally getting around to watching the Marvel films I've not seen yet. Starting with Wakanda Forever & my God, it's got the emotions throughout it.
