Just a bit of stitching and some edge work and it’ll be done.

Just finished and conditioned this bad boy

The edges are also sealed and burnished with hard wax to delay fraying and degradation for as long as possible.
The plan is not to make a cheap dussack, but a entirely handcrafted luxury model that can be fully customized as well.
Hence, the price is almost twice that of PH.

⚔️ materials: 4mm leather from local tanneries plus internal reinforcements, durable hand-stitching with 1.2mm polyester upholstery thread as opposed to machine-stitching, solid copper or brass rivets.

Pretty close right now, yeah. The production models will look slightly different, but there’s really only so much you can do if you go for the simplest historical look possible. I’m going to straighten it considerably, though. Not a big fan of the curvature. Big difference in the making and ⚔️

At long last, continuing with workshop infrastructure.
