The vampire gave an amused smirk and a light chuckle behind the man's hands before he reached up to grab his wrists and pull them away.

"You're still shy even after I've had you collared in front of all these people?"

David did not sound all that impressed. He did not appear to be a dog person.

"And where exactly are you going to put this dog?" he arched a brow. "I refuse to let her play in the sex dungeon while I'm having my way with you."

David rolled his eyes. "You've barely seen me irritated. I promise you, you won't like it."

He scrunched up his nose when he mentioned the dog. "Do you think so little of me— that I would stoop to drinking blood from a 𝘥𝘰𝘨?"

He looped his arm loosely around the waist of his plaything, his lips curved up at being adorned by his kisses.

"And don't keep me waiting when I call for you. If I have to come to you, I'm going to be irritated. Is that understood?"

David took a moment to consider the thought, then he shrugged a shoulder.

He let out a short chuckle. The fact that this human was so arrogant despite having been so filled with embarrassment not that long ago was amusing.

David reached up and pinched the man's chin between his index and thumb.

"You do taste... delectable," he admitted with a hum, his lips curving up at the corners again.

And then there was silence. He was once again alone.

A voice was suddenly in his head. David's voice.
