Or...in an inversion of the "I'm Spartacus" uprising, might more of us need to step forward and say "I'm wealthy and should pay more tax"? It's not a panacea, but perhaps this needs to be about more than the '1%': many of the 'middle class' sit above the 90th percentile in the income distribution.
