Baumgart wrote his own anti-NCAA (NIL) bill: H.R. 2663, introduced Apr. 8, 2025. But he failed to convince a single member of the Congress to support it. He called it his ‘signature legislation’. He then went to Trump asking for an Executive Order to make it law. Baumgartner is a disaster.
