Not saying I want the mainline games to return to 2D, we're in too deep now, lol, but I do wish we would get spinoffs in the HD2D style, like if/when returning to older regions after time has passed, featuring brand new stories, player characters, gyms, and new routes you would traverse the regions.

Sometimes I think about how Pokemon Gen 4 and Gen 5 were basically low-res "HD2D" games before HD2D even had a name.

I would say Gen 3 kids, while faring a bit better, still had it a little rough as well with their remakes, as they didn't get the Battle Frontier, but they still got to experience their region in a new graphical style with brand new trainer and gym leader designs.

As someone who's first Pokemon game happened to be Crystal at 10 yrs old, HGSS made me feel so pampered and catered to, especially as they came out during my last year of high school, feeling like a sendoff to my adolescence. So I'm sad that those who started in Gen 4 didn't get that same treatment.

The Prints Staff cuts her off, saying "Goes right across the boobs, yes, we remember." Chamomile says "Yeah..." The Prints Staff says "Look, I'll level with you, we mainly just drag and drop embarrassing photos of people's friends onto white t-shirts for hen do's and 50th birthday parties, you might wanna try somewhere else."

I try to avoid the mental treadmill of number chasing, but this is a nice little milestone to celebrate. BS is far from perfect but it sure as hell beats the site it replaced, and generally speaking the networking here has been so much more human/genuine.

I mean, we still haven't gotten any DB material past this point; every new DB series conveniently happens before this. Kinda feels like Spongebob where the 1st movie is technically the end of the timeline, but all the new material happens before it, tiptoeing around the 1st movie's existence.

Just thinking back to the good old days of Macromedia Flash. Adobe should've kept their hands off of it back then.

When looking back at the Alabasta One Piece recap movie, the main thing that screwed it up was the pacing and how much was cut to fit it all into one movie. It probably should've been a two-parter or even a trilogy to work properly, but then the movies would've fallen far behind the canon timeline.
