Rad art :) I will say if you're trying to follow canon scale, PGI overshoots it massively, like their Atlas is 19 meters tall, while actual 'Mechs are only 7-12ish
(Nothing wrong with wanting the bigger mechs in your art just saying since you were trying to use an actual source for size)

(3/3)overall, while it serves a decent roll in the era and weight class, the 1.2K BV price really makes it hard to pick unless limited by other factors, the Catapult being 100 BV cheaper and having more armor/firepower for the same manoverability. The NLP quirk definitely helps though :)

(2/?)It packs a damn solid punch for a 30 tonner of that era, but a tiny Firebox 120-XL fusion engine(64.8KPH, 4/6) definitely weakens the package. A serviceable 5 tons of FF armour and enough jump jets to leap 120 Meters in one bound (4MP)definitely help soften the painfully slow engine

Melee Quad 'Mechs are genuinely terrifying. If you haven't tried them yet I highly recommend the Sarath, specifically the B config. The TSM gets mixed with Talons (TSM doubles all melee damage) and the Plasma rifle +quad Flamers add some fun heat torture to your enemies
