Minnesota judge summons ICE leader to court, threatens contempt sanctions The chief judge, a George W. Bush appointee, said the administration had repeatedly violated or slow-walked court orders in Minnesota.

Minnesota’s top federal judge ordered the head of ICE, Todd Lyons, to appear in his courtroom Friday and threatened to hold him in contempt for repeatedly violating judges' orders.

“The court’s patience is at an end,” the judge said, demanding Lyons answer for it “personally.”

I guess he just got lucky.
