It's crazy to think about how bloodless Goku has got as he aged. Aside from Kid Buu, who reincarnated as Uub, I don't think he killed anyone in canon Post King Piccolo. I could be wrong though.

It's weird too, because while Vegeta is definitely not a good guy at this point it honestly takes some of the shock out of killing those people at the World Tournament in the Buu Saga. Because after the Namek Saga he didn't kill any innocent people until then in the Manga.
