Is he intentionally going to bat for the NIMBYs who are more concerned about losing “their” water views than much need school space for local kids? Especially at a location adjacent an active transportation pathway that would allow kids to arrive independently, without being chauffeured?

Bike lanes are not just for bikers, they are an essential means of freedom and mobility and their presence on only a tiny fraction of streets is a huge slap in the face to residents.

I didn't need to see them, they were staring at their phone. (Drivers forget that people have pretty good peripheral vision).

Every one of them should be catapulted into the sun.

@cityofnorthvan.bsky.social please start ticketing parents who daily park in the no stopping zones and even on top of the x-walk on Jones in front of Carson Graham at 3pm. Daily visits from bylaws needed until it’s fixed. Also why have RCMP if they drive by, see it, and do nothing about it?!
